General
I think I found an error. Do you want to know about it?

I have suggestions for improvements and features. Wanna know what they are?
You bet we do! Some of our best features have come from users like you. Send your ideas to support@brainingcamp.com.
Sound
Why can't I hear the narration on lessons?
Even if you hear sound in other video and music apps, your iPad may actually be muted (these other apps can override your muted setting). To turn your sound back on, open the iPad's "Settings" and choose "General". Find the section titled "Use Side Switch to:" and select "Mute" (the switch on the side of your iPad can either serve as a mute control or a screen rotation lock depending on whether "Mute" or "Lock Rotation" is selected). Now locate the switch on the side of your iPad and slide it on.
Bugs and Crashes
I can't get past the first lesson screen. What is going on?
Mostly likely the app did not install properly (even though other features may work). Tap and hold down on the app icon until it begins to wiggle. Then select the X in the corner of the app to delete it. Next, reinstall the app from iTunes (you should NOT be charged again). If the app still does not work, please contact us.
I am writing correct answers with the pens. Why does the app always say I am wrong?
The pens are used for annotations and notes, not for entering answers. If you see one of the pens raised in the tray at the bottom of the screen, tap it to exit pen-drawing mode. Then use the controls directly on the screen to input your answer. If you see a square input box, tap the box and a number pad will popup and allow you to type an answer.
Numbler
The app is crashing, what can I do?
Please start by checking the App Store to see if there is an update. If you are running the most recent version of the app, chances are the app did not install properly. To reinstall the app, start by holding down on the app icon until it begins to wiggle. Then select the X in the corner of the app to delete it. Next, reinstall the app from iTunes (you should NOT be charged again). If the app still does not work, please contact us.

The app is stuck on "Downloading Games...". How do I fix this?
Terminate and restart the app by double-clicking the home button on your Apple device. Find the Numbler icon in the bottom bar. Tap and hold any icon until they all begin to shake. Tap the minus symbol on the Numbler icon to terminate the app. Single click the home button. Open the Numbler app. If this does not work, try signing out of Game center and then signing back in. Launch the Game Center app. Tap the "Me" button from the bottom bar. Tap your name and tap "Sign Out". Enter your Name and Password again and "Sign In". Launch the Numbler app. If this does still not fix things, please contact us.
